JJoin us for a relaxed summer evening inspired by the longest day of the year, and the kind of nights you wish lasted a little longer.

We’ll be gathering at Cavo for a cosy, beautifully hosted evening filled with sharing boards, a welcome drink, and easy conversation with lovely women from across York.

​

As part of the evening, each guest will bring along a favourite summer recipe (anything from a cocktail to a pasta salad to the dessert you make every single year because everyone demands it). Recipes will be exchanged during the evening, with a little “summer homework” - to recreate someone else’s dish and send them a photo afterwards. Tiny acts of friendship. We love to see it.

There’ll also be a relaxed herb salt blending moment during the evening, where you’ll create your own summer seasoning blend to take home for future dinners, roast potatoes, salads, and whatever else your summer heart desires.

This evening is designed to feel warm, social, and completely pressure-free. Just lovely food, thoughtful details, and the chance to meet women you’ll genuinely want to see again.

Terms & Conditions

By participating in this The Pink Fig event, you agree to the following

1. Respect & Inclusivity All members must treat each other with respect and dignity, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, identity, religion, political beliefs, or any other personal characteristics. Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in immediate removal from the group and a permanent ban from future The Pink Fig events.

2. Assumption of Risk Participants acknowledge that attendance and participation in the Event involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or loss of personal property. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree that The Pink Fig is not responsible for any harm that may occur.

3. Personal Responsibility You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own well-being and safety at the Event. If consuming food or beverages, you accept responsibility for any dietary restrictions, allergies, or adverse reactions.

4. Photography & Media Release By attending, you grant The Pink Fig the right to capture and use photographs, video, and audio recordings of you for promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not want to be in photos or videos, it is your responsibility to tell the host at the event, who will then honour your request.

5. No Refunds Policy Tickets and fees for the Event are non-refundable but are transferable.
